Our caregivers are government-certified in 30+ eldercare competencies (dementia care, stroke recovery, mobility assistance, medication management). Regular maids focus on housekeeping; our caregivers specialize in elderly care. Think of it as hiring a trained nurse assistant, not just a helper.

No! The $800 salary reflects government-backed pilot program subsidies from Indonesia, direct recruitment (no middleman markups), and Indonesian cost of living. The training quality is government-certified, ensuring professional elder care standards.

Unfortunately, no trial period is allowed under government pilot rules. However, we mitigate risk with video introductions (see personality & communication style), 6-month replacement guarantee (longest in industry), and two options: free replacement or 50% refund.

Many caregivers have basic Mandarin or dialect understanding from training. During selection, we'll match you with caregivers who have language skills. We also provide communication training in the Settling-In Programme, translation app guidance, and first-month support to bridge communication gaps.

Refund policy: i. Before the submission of the Work Permit application to MOM and/or the Employer is unable to provide complete documentation within three calendar days of confirming the MDW: $300 payable ii. After the submission of the Work Permit application to MOM: $500 payable iii. If MOM rejects the application: $500 payable iv. After the IPA is approved but before the MDW arrives Singapore: $1,000 payable v. After the IPA is approved and after the MDW arrives Singapore: $4,002 payable.

You're eligible for: (1) Concessionary Levy ($60/month vs $300) if elderly parent is 67+ OR has disability - saves $2,880/year, (2) Caregivers Training Grant (CTG): Up to $200 for caregiver training courses, (3) Foreign Domestic Worker Grant: $120/month if elderly parent qualifies - saves $1,440/year. Total potential savings: $4,320/year! We'll refer you to the right partners for assistance.
